The biggest match of Premier League gameweek 3, the clash between Arsenal and Liverpool at the Emirates has been scheduled for Monday night

In the first two matches Arsenal did not leave London and faced Slaven Bilic’s unpredictable West Ham United and Alan Pardew’s solid Crystal Palace. It was a tough start and the Gunners lost three points on home ground. West Ham were brilliant defensively and exploited two howlers from Petr Cech. The Chilean winger Alexis Sanchez returned just in time to play at Selhurst Park and Arsenal celebrated a controversial, yet important win.

Liverpool managed to earn six points from two opening games at Britannia Stadium and home game against Bournemouth. However, the first win was delivered by Brazilian wonder boy Philippe Coutinho in the last minute, while Christian Benteke’s goal against Bournemouth only stood courtesy of an appalling mistake from the linesman.

Welbeck, Rosicky, Wilshere are sidelined for Arsenal, while Liverpool still wait for the return of firepower Daniel Sturridge, as well as Allen and Flanagan. The appearance of captain Jordan Henderson is questionable.
